Post-fermentation, the wine was kept in large Slavonian oak vats for one year. A medium ruby red color. It has a medium intensity of aromatics of licorice, nasturtium and red fruit. It is dry on the palate with a medium acidity, a medium-minus extract, a medium amount of medium-textured tannins and a mid-weight body. It shows a medium length and fruit with red plum, floral/nasturtium notes, licorice and roasted beet leading to a medium finish. Drink now over three years.–IR
