In contrast to many rosé wines produced nowadays, which are pale in colour, the Valdelosfrailes 2018 is a deep bright “radioactive” pink. It has aromas of fresh raspberries, cherries and herbs, finishing on a refreshingly crisp note. Grapes were grown on the lower part of the Aldor y Patato estate in Cigales, north of the ancient Castilian city of Valladolid.
