A restrained style with stone fruits, peaches, nectarines and almond aromas with a kiss of vanilla. The smooth palate has a malted-biscuit character and lots of lemon and mandarin citrus notes. Creamy in texture, Chardonnay was sourced from several areas, handpicked and the whole bunch pressed. A small proportion was fermented in oak with 20% new.
