With such a rich history, the winemakers aim to respect and honour terroir and tradition. Edoardo Jacorossi Mottini, third generation, is now Managing Director at Talosa. All of the harvest is done manually. Talosa’s Rosso di Montepulciano, awarded almost every year around the world since 2009, is made of Merlot and Canaiolo combined with 85% Sangiovese. Relatively closed at the time of tasting, it has spicy and walnut aromas with red fruit and plum flavours emerging on the palate.
