A light style, fermented and matured for six months in tank. It is bright in colour with lots of appealing raspberry, red fruits and wine gum aromas with a leafy edge. It is elegant and smooth with a fine texture and tangy herbal finish. It was made from Cabernet Franc
grapes cultivated from sandy, gravelly soils. Perfect for drinking early. Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil is on the right bank of the Loire River. The Appellation is one of Touraine’s best for red wines, alongside Chinon.
