The 2016 SorìdiGiul Freisa d’Asti
Superiore is an ideal option if you are
wanting a mature wine – but don’t want
to wait. Made from the Freisa variety, it
presents an engaging bouquet of dried
red fruit, leather, earth and tea. The
palate is equally complex, layered with
dried cranberry, raspberry, rhubarb and
tea notes. A burst of fresh red fruit on
the finish indicates this wine is still very much alive.
