Rosacker is the Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr’s flagship Grand Cru located on the southeast-facing slope of the village. This terroir has limestone-rich soils that are said to give a very mineral-driven expression to its wines. This Pinot Gris is initially timid on the nose, with subtle apple, floral, wet stone notes over time. The palate is ample and smooth, with a linear profile and subtly sweet finish. 2023-2028 – JB
