The 2022 Lorca Fantasía Syrah earned high marks in the tasting, making it one of the Masters of Wine’s Coup de Coeur for this Cellar. I appreciated that the fruit was ripe and concentrated but not over the top. This wine also delivers great value which is always a winner in my books. The nose and palate are aligned with notes of pristine black fruit balanced by hints of nutmeg and clove. Good support is provided by integrated tannins. 2023-2025 – LW
