Intense and flavoursome, Katie Jones Blanc 2021 has aromas of apples and pears leading to a supple, smooth palate. Citrus and nectarine flavours come through in the wine, which is round in structure with a refreshing
crisp finish. There is just a touch of Muscat in the blend. Vineyards planted to white grapes are pretty rare in
Tuchan, as many have been ripped out and replaced with red varieties. Katie has bought whatever white grape vineyards she could find on one proviso: they must be at least 50 years old.
