On the lighter side of medium bodied, it has flavours of plums, damson jam and blueberries with supple tannins, a velvet texture and cedary notes. Matured in a combination of old and new 300-litre hogshead barrels from the renowned Ermitage Cooperage, the oak is seamlessly integrated with the fruit.
