Fedele Rosso The Wine People, 2018
Fedele Rosso is produced mainly from the Nero d’Avola grape with a touch of Merlot and Syrah. Vines are farmed organically and trained using the traditional Spalliera system. Grapes were picked, destemmed and lightly crushed prior to fermenting at 28°C.
