of nectarine, yellow plum, mandarin and
creamy notes. It is smooth, with more peach and nectarine flavours leading to a crisp finish. A subtle, perfectly balanced wine and one of my favourite whites in the lineup. White wines are not covered in the Cabardès
Appellation, hence the IGP Pays d’Oc
classification for the estate’s white wines.
