The palate is dry and nicely structured with medium acidity, lazy fine mousse, medium extract and texture, medium body, good length and well-articulated flavours of lemon, quince, brioche and hazelnut. Nicely intense, yet graceful. Based on 2019 vintage with half of the blend from old vines with full malolactic conversion. 2023-2030–IR
