The 2019 Cuvée Artisan is an elegant blend of Cabernet Franc and Carménère. The bouquet is textbook for these varieties – the raspberry, plum and mint aromas are supported by hints of nutmeg and clove from barrel influence. In the tasting, this wine scored especially high for depth of flavour with notes of plum, raspberry, cranberry and blackcurrant. The firm tannins and refreshing acidity are in balance. 2023-2026 – LW
