Yellow gold colour with a green-yellow undertone, beautiful shine. Rich nose with notes of roasted pineapple, cooked apple and pear, quince paste, honey, meadow mushrooms, candied lemon, mocha, peach, almond, rancid butter, curry. Concentrated palate, very deep with a brilliant finish, long lasting quality and prolonged tasty and aromatic persistence.
Cellar Storage:
Yellow-gold colour with golden-yellow reflections, duller appearance. Peaty nose, roasted, evolving towards notes of dry rancio, curry, cumin, toasted hazelnuts and almonds, cigar. We oscillate between typical whisky, rum and amber “Rivesaltes” wine. Coated palate and mellow style, delivering notes of candied yellow fruits prior to a concentrated and deeply saline finish.
