This cuvée owes its name to the acacia woods growing next to the vineyards it is sourced from. A light-yellow hue. It is unoaked, yet leads with light toast, nutty notes, followed by chalk and yellow plum elements. A medium acidity and dry entry, medium-plus extract, medium to full body, a nice length on the palate and a lovely nutty, oatmeal, vanilla, chalk and yellow plum ensemble, with medium to long finish. 2023-28.–IR
