The Château de Montmirail “Le Graminier” cuvée is an elegant, vibrant style of Gigondas that really highlights the terroir well. Grown on clay-limestone slope-side vineyards, this is a Grenache-based blend with Syrah and Mourvèdre, aged for 15 months before release. The nose is immediately engaging with its vivid florality, ripe black and blue fruit, and earthy, spiced undertones.
