A bit of a discovery, this AOC covers only eight hectares in the Costières de Nîmes area. Vinified in amphorae and oak barrels. Medium yellow with a pink hue. On the nose, it presents red delicious apple, lees/doughy element, citrus and a touch of nutmeg. With a medium acidity, it’s extra dry, has a medium extract, texture and body and displays flavours of fresh dough, red delicious apple and apple seed, lemon oil, to a medium yeasty finish. 2023-2025–IR
