It is a bright pale lime in colour, with intriguing aromas of lime custard yogurt and sourdough. It is smooth on the palate with fine bubbles and a creamy texture. Named in honour of the prized Limousin bulls bred on the property, it was matured in the estate’s calcareous caves for over a year. It is well-balanced with a crisp lime finish and good depth.
