Wine of the Southern Half

The southern hemisphere of wine produces some very unique wine styles and there are grapes that take on a whole new dimension when grown south of the equator. Is it that the winemakers of the south feel less restricted by the crazy rules that the older wine regions have, or is there something more? This event focuses on the excellent wines and the fantastic cuisine that goes with it… without having to leave Fort McMurray.
