Join us for a traditional South African Braai OUTDOORS in the middle of our Canadian winter. Menu items to include; Biltong & parmesan shortbreads, Peanut & ginger soup shooter, Whitefish and roasted squash in chardonnay herb butter, leek & mushroom mini pies, Shrimp potji (curried shrimp), Piri piri chicken skewers, Papaya, and pineapple Flank steak satays, Boerewors with mango chutney, and South African Malva pudding. All to be paired with Opimian sparkling, white and red wines from South Africa.
