Come in from the January cold and join us for a casual Italian dinner and wine paring at Twelve Grill. It will be a chance to shake off some of the winter chill and warm up with great food, wine and of course the fellowship of other Opimian members.
Chef Ron Bousquet who was the 2008 winner of the provincial Canadian chef’s challenge, is a Red Seal Chef with a rich culinary background from previous experiences at the Bessborough and Saskatoon Club.He has done a splendid job of pairing select Opimian Italian wines with a four course meal that is sure to make your palate shout out “Mangiare per vivere e non vivere per mangiare” – “Eat to live and not live to eat”.
