In the early days of Opimian as a national wine club with smaller chapter sizes, members frequently held tastings and dinner events in their homes. This smaller more intimate setting allowed members a chance to socialize over the fantastic wines in familiar casual surroundings. From those early beginnings, the Opimian community and brand grew in its love of wine and the memberships flourished both in numbers and choices of wines.
Join us as we get nostalgic and return to our club’s roots as we hold a small dinner party in one of our member’s home. Living Sky Café and their chefs and food artists Jenna and Taylor will provide the scrumptious meal for the evening and your Opimian Member hosts will lend up the lovely setting for a fun filled evening.
We promise the conversations about the wines being served, and member experiences will have you feeling the origins of the Opimian community.

Appetizer: Beet & Goat Cheese and Stuffed Mushrooms.
Salad Course: Blue cheese Cobb salad with bacon & beet pickled egg
Entrée: Braised beef with chanterelle risotto, red wine gravy & roasted vegetables
Dessert: Drunken plum tart with house-made ice cream

Dress is Casual If it becomes necessary to cancel, please contact Janine or Daryl before November 20th. Late cancellations cannot be refunded unless we can replace you. It is highly recommended to use a taxi or designated driver service. Food restrictions may be accommodated if requested on registration. Please note on registration if you are planning to sit with a group as there will be a seating plan. Please reserve online as this event has only 14 seats available and is expected to sell out quickly.
