Master of Wine Sam Harrop grew up in New Zealand near Waiheke Island, where he got his first wine industry job. After years residing in the UK and globetrotting the world’s wine regions, he returned to New Zealand to start his own winery. Sam is a driving force in the world of wine: as well as making his own wines and being a great ambassador of New Zealand wines, as a Master of Wine, he helps many vignerons around the world to excel. Sam is working with Opimian since 2016.
Meet Sam Harrop for an online Opimian TALK & TASTE. Sam will present his wines and talk about his winery with Opimian Members. This is a great opportunity to discover Sam Harrop Wines and the winemaker behind them. It is also your chance to directly ask questions to the Sam Harrop before placing your order!
Le Master of Wine Sam Harrop a grandi en Nouvelle-Zélande près de l’île de Waiheke, où il a commencé sa carrière dans l’industrie vinicole. Après des années passées à résider au Royaume-Uni et à parcourir les régions viticoles du monde, il est retourné à Waiheke pour y établir sa propre entreprise vinicole. Sam est une force motrice dans le monde du vin : en plus de produire ses propres vins et d’être un grand ambassadeur des vins néo-zélandais, en tant que Master of Wine, il aide de nombreux vignerons du monde à se surpasser. Sam travaille avec Opimian depuis 2016.
