The Chioccioli Altadonna family has been in the wine world for two generations, and their passion for the trade is reaffirmed every day through their work in the vineyards. After years of planning, Winestillery came into being in 2019. Small batches of gin and vodka are produced from wine and local Tuscan botanicals. Enrico trained to become a Master Distiller after an internship in a New York City distillery.

Enrico a suivi une formation de maître distillateur après un stage dans une distillerie new-yorkaise.
