Hamish Martin, from Scotland's THE SECRET GARDEN DISTILLERY, will take part in our gin-centric Talk & Taste event this Thursday, March 11, at 5 pm ET.
Hamish Martin is a former wine merchant and whisky blender turned herbologist. In 2012, Hamish Martin and his wife Liberty bought a derelict 7.5 acre plot of land on the outskirts of Edinburgh, where they laid the roots of the Secret Garden. Using his own herbs and botanicals, Hamish created a range of 100% natural gins, offered in Canada for the first time this year through Opimian.
