Talk & Taste: Past vs New Vintages - Vina La Rosa

This special Talk & Taste presentation will focus on Viña la Rosa's new and past vintages offered in the Cellar. This is the perfect occasion to open a Cornellana bottle from your cellar and enjoy it with the person who made it!

During this Talk & Taste presentation, Gonzalo Cárcamo will talk about Viña la Rosa’s wines in C282. He will also taste three past vintages offered by Opimian in previous seasons. Compare and contrast different vintages with the winemaker himself!

Gonzalo Cárcamo, Viña la Rosa’s head winemaker since 1998, views winemaking as a combination of arts and science. His winemaking career began in 1996 at Viña Santa Carolina, working as assistant winemaker. He continued his training in 2002 in California with Robert Mondavi, where he grasped the subtleties of the north American market. He is dedicated to Viña la Rosa’s legacy and takes pride in being part of one of Chile’s oldest wineries.

Pendant notre événement PARLONS VIN, Gonzalo nous parlera des vins de Viña la Rosa du Cellier 282. Il dégustera aussi trois millésimes passés. Comparez les différents millésimes avec le vigneron lui-même!

Gonzalo Cárcamo, vigneron à Viña la Rosa depuis 1998, voit la vinification comme le marriage de l’art et de la science. Sa carrière de vigneron a débuté en 1996 à Viña Santa Carolina, comme assistant vigneron. Il a continué sa formation en Californie en 2002 avec Robert Mondavi, où il a étudié les subtilités du marché nord-américain.
