Come and join us for Ciao Down, where you will learn the workings of a restaurant kitchen and how to prepare a delicious meal of favourite dishes from Italy!
We will serve the wine while you work with your team and your team’s chef instructor to produce your own gastronomical delight. While you cook, we will serve a wide variety of wines from throughout Italy.
We will provide additional Italian wines to enjoy with your meal.

Note: There will be antipasti with the reception, but dinner will be late – about 9:00 pm – after you have cooked it! There will be a few stools in the kitchen if you need a rest, but most of the cooking time you will be on your feet.
Registration: Space is limited so we have arranged to hold this event on three consecutive evenings, allowing us to accommodate more enthusiastic wannabe chefs in training.
At the time of registration please register for the night of your choice, but let us know if one of the other nights will work for you so we can maximize participation. (We will not move you without consulting first).
